Sam's Carpet Sofa Mattress cleaning

I do not recommend Sam's carpet cleaning due to a very poor service. I had my carpets cleaned on 3rd July, the carpets were left both wet and dirty after the cleaning, making the quality of work unacceptable. My previous honest review was removed after Sam complained about the feedback, but as per Google's review guidelines, authentic consumer feedback must remain published.

Excellent service 💯 Very nice man who is not trying to rob his customers. Will definitely be using Sam again. Have been letting everyone I know about his services . 5 star is well deserved.

Sam did a great job cleaning our sofa and rug, returning them to an almost new appearance. All work completed professionally, on time and at a fair price. Very pleased.

My sofa and chairs were grubby with general use and I thought I’d give cleaning them a go but I didn’t expect much as my husband like a kid who wipes his hands wherever. His chair was used a lot. I was very pleasantly surprised at the job done. My sofa and chairs look like new and I’m now going to get the carpets done too. I would highly recommend this company for service, outcome and price.

Sam did a great job cleaning our sofa, it’s left looking brand new! From our enquiry through to job completion, Sam was extremely knowledgeable and able to assess our stain/products previously used, to decide what the next steps were. He also offered to come and test a small patch of the sofa first to ensure he could actually remove the stain, before going ahead with a full sofa clean. This transparency was much appreciated and shows he is absolutely genuine with his customers and service. His prices are fair and affordable, very pleased with our result. Highly recommend 🌟

Absolutely recommend! Great guy, great chat and an even better job! Came the next day and did additional stuff on top of what id booked in too! Did a good job and carpets and chairs look and smell a lot cleaner. Up to half the price of all the other companies I asked too so I wouldn't use anyone else but Sam! Thanks again!

Sam did a great job with my sofa at a very reasonable price. Also came at short notice. Great communication from the start. Very likable man and enjoyed his conversation. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely use him again in the future.
