Over the moon with our carpets! Fresh and clean, rooms smell amazing and our stubborn pet staining has gone. Feel like new carpets. Top quality service, great communication, reasonable pricing and a really nice guy who gave lots of great advice and even a free stain remover. Highly recommend!

Richie was fantastic! He managed to remove a stubborn stain we genuinely thought was permanent. We’re so glad we found him and would 100% use his services again!

Met Richie a few years back needing a clean for a 4 bedroom home with large living spaces and sofas after having another local company ruin a brand new armchair. Having dogs in the house just adds up to general mucky carpets and upholstery overtime too which he quickly sorted out. Since then, I have used him after relocating home supporting across two businesses Including a hotel space clean and wouldn’t have anyone else in to look after these jobs. The care he takes to make sure areas like corners and walls are protected is just another level of great service. He goes above and beyond and is very fair with pricing for the level of work he puts in! Would without fail only Recommend Rich for any carpet upholstery cleaning!

Richie worked his magic at my home, the house smells absolutely amazing and my carpets are looking so fresh! I had stains that I thought could not be removed but without a doubt he removed them all. Richie was so lovely, professional and also gave us a complimentary bottle of stain remover. I definitely wouldn't use anyone else, and will have him back without any hesitation at all. Thanks so much for your hard work

Richie from “Rugs to Riches” has been professional & friendly & did a great job with all the carpets in our home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, he gets out anything!! And also left me a complimentary spray to use on stains for future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. Thank you Richie

Highly recommend them. Did a brilliant job. I have some of their carpet cleaner spray. Which is brilliant on my carpets. I got some oil on my beige denim jacket. So annoyed as its quite new. Anyway I tried the carpet cleaner on it and it's gone. Can't tell you how pleased I was. Washed, ironed and looks like new. Cannot recommend this enough.

We had an urgent situation after being let down last minute by another carpet cleaning company, and Richie at Rugs 2 Riches truly came to the rescue. Despite the short notice, he was incredibly accommodating, professional, and efficient. The results were absolutely fantastic - far beyond what we expected. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to quality service these days. I can’t recommend Richie at Rugs 2 Riches highly enough. If you want top-notch carpet cleaning with excellent customer service, Richie is the guy to call.
