R'n'B Window Cleaning

I work nights which I explained to them they have to come through my house to get to the back so if im in bed they agreed I pay half so I didn’t want to set up a standing order so I paid them cash the last time they came I was in bed so didn’t pay them which is 8 pounds I always paid the arrears next time they came but I got a couple off nasty text saying if I didn’t pay they would take me off the books I owed 8 pounds so no I wouldn’t recommend them

2 missed cleans since standing order set up. Tried to contact no response. Scammers!

AVOID 2 missed cleans in the few months we have used them. Standing order set up, payments taken and invoices sent, prior to cleans. Tried calling about 15 times and sent txt messages with zero response from them. Last straw so have now cancelled them and I have asked them to refund my last payment. Not holding my breath though

Not sure if Im even still a customer as they have not been for weeks when its meant to be 4 weekly clean. Dont reply to messages via text or messenger when having to chase them to understand if they are coming back anytime soon. The customer / business dynamic is completely off. Im always happy to give businesses a chance, even when they put your price up by £2 with no notice and still fail every time to clean the velux windows in kitchen which they say the price increase was for (even though the extension was there for 2 years before an increase). Time to start looking for a new cleaner and certainly wont be recommending moving forward. A real shame as been a customer for around 5 years - totally let down.

Myself and a neighbour had our gutters and our windows cleaned. Great job, fast and efficient, extremely happy with the work. We now have a regular slot for window cleaning after looking for a few years for someone reliable.

Run away! I’ve been using them for about two years, when all my neighbors signed with them, so I went along. From the beginning the service and professionalism has been appalling! At the beginning they didn’t clean all the windows, came again after reporting to repeat the same mistake even though instructions were made. For a while we were paying on the day, which was all fair, “do the job, get paid”. But on one occasion we’ve missed to pay on the day (keep this in mind as I will come back), and we were threatened right away that they will ditch us if we don’t do the payment which we immediately did it as was just a mistake on our part. Few weeks later, we got a notice in the mail that if we don’t set up a direct debit they will ditch us, because they struggle chasing payments being a small business and so forth. It seemed a bit aggressive tbf and generic given that we never missed a payment, except the time mentioned and for a day! So we’ve set up the direct debit. Then after few months they stopped coming on the time scheduled based on the agreement we had and the dd payment date. I tried to contact them for few weeks to get to the bottom of what is happening. After several attempts on whatsapp, getting misleading answers and lame excuses, we’ve asked our neighbors from who we’ve learned that they all had similar experiences and they stopped using them at all in the end. But we stayed positive and tried reaching again on a mobile nr, which we got an update in the end with apologies that they screwed up, and then they came finally to clean the windows (several weeks later from the moment we’ve been charged via the dd; not 1 day as it happened vice versa). Now, which would have been the next time after the last incident, we were at it again. We were charged already, and 2 weeks later still no show up or a reply to our countless messages left on the same mobile nr we’ve got it last time. Absolutely awful costumer experience and I highly urge you to look elsewhere as this kind of treatment is what they seem to provide. You try to be understanding for a small family business do your bit to help the community but all you get in return is disappointments and disgust! Shame! I can take my business elsewhere and I can live without the 1payment, but I should have learned my lesson first time when they screwed it, even though I tried to be sympathetic on their side and understand that sometimes mistakes happen and give them another chance but that seems to be just futile as they keep treating you with the same attitude! If they really read these feedbacks I hope at least they’ll get some decency.

I had R'N'B Window Cleaning round today to clean my windows, and they have left them looking spotless! It was probably the first time in ages that the windows here had been cleaned, but that didn’t deter R'N'B Window Cleaning. Their water-fed pole thingies made light work of the job, and now everything is squeaky clean again! I will definitely be having these guys back in a couple of months time :)
