Pureflo Window Cleaning, operating from Hasbury Road in Bartley Green, Birmingham, provides window cleaning along with gutter clearing and pressure washing, and the reviews describe a service that is straightforward to arrange and consistently well executed. Several customers highlight the ease of booking, whether online or through a short message, and note that appointments are honoured promptly, with one household mentioning that a request made one day was attended to the next. Punctuality and clear communication come up repeatedly, alongside comments that windows, frames and sills are left with a clean, streak-free finish.

Grant is named in feedback for being polite and for going out of his way to fit in with household schedules, and one reviewer was sufficiently pleased to arrange cleans for two further family homes. A regular six-weekly arrangement appeals to those who prefer not to rebook each time, and the payment system, which only charges once the work has been completed, is described as sensible and fairly priced. Alongside windows, the company handles gutters and exterior surfaces, and its opening hours run from 8am to 8pm every day of the week.
