The team provide a very thorough service with a high quality of cleaning delivered - they do a very good job. Care is taken with possessions and instructions around the handling of sensitive items. We have a visit every two weeks for c5 hours to clean a four bedroom property. There is good communication around the timing of visits. Cost (August 2026) is between £350 and £400 a month for this service and increase annually with inflation.

We have been using Kremena’s cleaning agency for quite a few years now and can thoroughly recommend her company and all the staff she employs. She has never let us down and the standard of cleaning is very high. They have been very flexible too which is a great help when we travel so much, doing extra cleaning when required and even doing all the outside windows of our 4 storey house ( to the best standard I have ever experienced).

I always get an excellent service. Friendly and approachable. The team is prompt and efficient. As well as their cleaning services I have also used their laundry and ironing. Very reliable.
