I’ve used PHT several times, I’ve always had AJ who is absolutely brilliant and professional and also very pleasant. AJ has been a huge help to me and the place always feels amazing afterwards 👌🌟

Carpet cleaner turned up half an hour late, took him almost 2 hours to clean a living room carpet, not very friendly, and carpet not cleaned throughtly, wouldn't use again. In response to your extremely unprofessional reply, Ur worker spent half the time outside on his phone instead of cleaning the carpet, I stood and watched him clean part of the carpet a d he only went over it once and it was clean so wasn't that dirty, also is this the way U judge people's houses when U come to them and you are supposed to be a cleaning company?? Anyone using this company beware as they will judge you. Also look at your website videos and U have some extremely dirty houses and carpets have U judged them? Ur worker was very unprofessional, turned up late and no reason just cause he was working the day before, I had to practically rush him out the house to the point my father had to come up. And again it didn't take that long cause the carpet was dirty as I watched him clean it and it took ONCE to go over it! In response I did not stand on the window I heard him from my bedroom outside on the phone several times and also U have posted a picture of my living room with a picture of my child on your Facebook without my consent! This has been reported also! Anyone using this company please beware as I am not a complainer by any means but this was extremely unprofessional! Furthermore John has privately messaged me criticising my character as he was not happy with the review so if you are thinking of using this company be aware they will shame you!

Called John very last minute day before our son and three others were leaving their student flat in Glasgow. He fitted them in very next morning to do an end of tenancy clean. Price was fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you John and staff.
