Responded quickly to emails initially about quotes for repointing my back and front patio and soft washing front patio. Harry came out to look and sort quotes, he was very polite and rang to let me know he'd be a little late, however after the visit nobody got back to me with quotes. I tried chasing by email and text with no luck. I guess this company didn't want the job, but the reviews online are very good so it's really puzzling why nobody got back to me. It's really poor customer service not to follow up. Even just to let the customer know you don't want the work would be better than nothing at all. My dad has helped me out with repointing in the end and saved me a lot of money.

We have used this company for both rug cleaning and carpet repair/cleaning at our hotel, and the results have been outstanding every time. I cannot speak more highly of a company, absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. I discussed my requirements with Paul and he was open and honest on all options available, even ones including him not doing the refurb and replacing the patio via another source, potentially losing business. We did decide to use him for the refurb though and I’m so glad we did!. For the fraction of the price of a new patio Paul and Will totally transformed our old patios into something we’re proud of once again. Will worked his socks off for a couple of days and really came up trumps. He was constantly engaged with me on all aspects and really went above and beyond - absolutely top lad! These guys really know their stuff on stone, fillers, pointing, refurbishment, etc of these types of areas, and you could honestly not meet a nicer team to work with you. If I was a teacher I’d be giving out an A* I would highly recommend using this company for any Patio cleaning and refurbishment works, they will not let you down!
Our very old and dirty stone floor tiles and grouting on our kitchen floor were cleaned and they look brand new again. I didn’t think the outcome could be so good - I am delighted. The contact and experience with the company was very professional too.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Harry and Will were here when they said they would be and did a great job of cleaning and resealing Karndean flooring. Perfectionists and paid attention to detail. Very helpful with moving furniture etc. Would 100% recommend.
