Belfast clients describe a varied workload taken on by OTN Industrial Cleaning Services, covering a golf club kitchen deep clean, a corridor at Blackstaff Mill and a whole-house clean. A professional manner from the first enquiry through to completion is a theme that comes up often, with Pearse and Jamie each named for how they handled their jobs. Pearse is said to have turned up ahead of time, inspected the space and set out his plan before starting. Reliability is mentioned again and again, with reviewers noting that arranged visits go ahead and that those in charge are straightforward to deal with.

Communication around each task, both beforehand and afterwards, draws consistent approval. The standard achieved attracts regular praise, whether duct hatches are fitted neatly, ductwork and vents are left properly clean, or an entire property is refreshed. Several accounts note that work is completed in line with relevant regulations, helping to keep premises compliant and safe. Tidiness once the team has left is another recurring point, alongside a friendly and uncomplicated approach. The visible difference to each space is what reviewers return to, particularly the deep cleaning of kitchens and communal areas.
