I arranged a domestic clean, confirmed the appointment, got the house ready, waited in all morning and no one came! Called and texted the company owner. No one answered for days. Finally replied after the 3rd message. No apology for the no-show and no explanation. Said they’d look into it. Never got back to me. Really unprofessional.
