Oasis Cleaning

Oasis Cleaning Limited is a Belfast-based exterior cleaning company. It specialises in hot and cold pressure washing, render cleaning, graffiti removal and gutter cleaning. The company serves residential, commercial and industrial sectors. For working at height, it offers Reach and Wash Water Fed Poles, Access Platforms (MEWP) and Abseiling (Rope access) cleaning. Oasis Cleaning is fully insured for £10m public and employers liability.

It invests in equipment and staff training. The company carries out a free full site survey and supplies a quotation, and provides risk assessments and method statements on request. Its clients include shopping centres, churches, retail shops, carparks, factories, block apartments, BID organisations and domestic clients. Oasis Cleaning works within the greater Belfast area and the rest of Northern Ireland and Ireland for larger jobs.

Households across Belfast have turned to Oasis Cleaning for exterior work that ranges from gutter clearing and moss treatment to pressure washing and softwashing, judging by the accounts left by customers. Conan is singled out repeatedly, working alongside Paddy and other colleagues, and reviewers frequently note that the team arrives exactly when agreed.

The standard of the finished result comes up again and again: patios, pathways, border walls, driveways and garage roofs are described as left spotless or looking like new, with moss removed and surfaces treated to discourage regrowth. A large Bitmac driveway that had accumulated grime over three years was revived and given a double-strength treatment against further growth, an outcome the customer was plainly pleased with. Several reviewers mention that the lads are friendly, polite and considerate, taking care to work around neighbours while clearing moss from outside pavements.

Prices are described as fair and representing good value for the effort involved, and the tidiness afterwards is a common thread, with sites said to be left clean and properly finished. Gutter work on homes that had been left in need of professional attention is another job type that recurs, and customers often say they intend to call the team back for roof and other exterior maintenance.
