Felicity was lovely , frim the telephone conversation and the day she came to do the job . She was ontime and very efficient, was kind and gave me good tips . She made sure everything was clean and did an absaloutly amaizing job at cleaning my oven and microwave. I was actually thinking of buying a new one because mine was really grim an awful. However Felicity did an excellent job and made it look brand new, i was deffo amaized . Will deffo recommend her services to family and friends. My oven was not in a very good condition until Bob came and sorted it out for me. I am so happy. My oven is just like new. Thankyou again.

Very organised, submitted our request on the website and heard back from Bob within 24 hours. We organised a day and he arrived on time. After looking out our oven, he said it was very old (which it was) and probably couldn't make it look brand new. We were fine with this and let him get to work. After he was done, the Oven looked brand new any way. I would 100% would recommend and use this service again, and price was very reasonable! Really happy with this service :)

Unprofessional customer service . I was told to send pictures of my microwave and oven for a quote which I was happy to go ahead with . I then enquired regarding a general price for my extractor filter too but I was given a different quote compared to the prices listed on the website. I politely asked if I was able to get the same price listed for an extractor filter clean which in response I was told I have a cheap quality oven and to go find someone else who does a cheap job in the same message. The below screenshot was in response to my extractor filter quote, I am really disappointed with the way Bob spoke to me, I will definitely find another service who is not rude to a potential customer. Negative reviews do not justify any decision making, they justify the experience someone has had prior to the review..
