I couldn’t be happier with the carpet cleaning service Michal provided. He was professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. More importantly non judgmental. My carpets were really in a state and he was able to remove stains I didn’t think would ever come out. He was friendly, efficient, and took great care while working in the house. Had my living room and stair carpets cleaned by Michal from Multi Cleaning Experts this afternoon. He kept me in the link with constant emails and text messages before the appointment and actually arrived over an hour early, which was great. Michal was very professional and did a really amazing job on our 20 year old carpets.....they looked almost new and smelt lovely when he had finished. Can't recommend this man enough. We found him through one of our close neighbours who said he did an amazing job cleaning his carpets, so it was purely by chance. Michal was meticulous and very thorough and left our carpets looking and feeling brilliant. His prices are very good considering the amount of time he spent cleaning the carpets (just over 3 hours).
