We were recommended MK cleaning by our neighbour and have been lucky enough to have had the team come in to our home across the past two years. Gosia is absolutely fantastic to work with and her team are all trustworthy, kind and hardworking. We would definitely recommend MK Cleaning Belfast .

MK Cleaning and the team have been a godsend for my parents who need a little bit of help around the house just to ensure things are kept on top of. We regularly have Gosia come to the house and she is always friendly and goes out of her way to be as helpful as possible. She is always reliable, punctual and very respectful of my parents and their home and get on very well with them. The work standard is always consistently excellent, and she always checks if there is anything extra that might make things easier for them. It is obvious she genuinely cares about the people she supports rather than just getting a job done. Terrible - organised to come today for first weekly clean. Tells me this morning cleaner has the flu but can still come or leave til another day. I need the clean today so I said she can come or perhaps someone to swap with her. No response then I text again - asking if anyone is coming. Was told same cleaner is coming at 1.15.. I said my clean is at 2.30 weekly not 1.15 - they think they can just randomly have a time for client. This is a very basic straightforward service - I book my time and you agree to it. I said no it needs to be 2.30 so they cancelled and said I didn't '' respect'' their cleaner. lol It is so obvious from that response the cleaner was NEVER sick with flu and could not do later time. She expected me just to cancel and reschedule to Monday which I couldn't do and after she needed time switched. Waste of time booking them in. Other reviews are likely to be written by themselves.
