Leeds Cleaning Service

Trustworthiness and consistency emerge as the themes that recur most often in feedback on this Leeds cleaning company. More than one customer describes using the service repeatedly over time, with one noting that a spare key is left while they are at work and they return to a house that is spotless and left in order. Reviewers often mention the quality of the cleaning itself, describing the results as excellent and the work as brilliant, with the standard of finish impressing those who comment on it. Speed of response is another point that comes up often: one customer reports calling and having someone attend the following day.

The member of staff named in the reviews, Ciaran, is described as sound and willing to take on a few extra tasks without any difficulty. Communication and organisation are also highlighted, with the company described as well run and the job completed perfectly without questions being asked. The friendly manner of the team, alongside reliability and a high level of customer service, runs through the accounts, and several customers say they would recommend the service to others seeking domestic cleaning. Extra tasks and regular visits both feature in what people report.
