LB Window Cleaning & Sons LTD

Reliability is the theme that runs through feedback on this Stoke-on-Trent window cleaning firm, with customers returning to the same point again and again. Many reviewers have used the service for several years without encountering problems, and the regularity of visits is matched by communication about when the team will arrive. Work mentioned in accounts covers windows, doors, frames, fascia boards, gutters and conservatories, with reviewers noting that frames and door surrounds are cleaned as part of the job rather than left behind.

The fresh water method used on the glass is singled out by one customer as making a noticeable difference to the finish. Les and Lew are named repeatedly, described as polite, helpful and easy to deal with, and several accounts mention the quick turnaround from initial quote to completed work. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and the standard of cleaning is consistently praised, with the results described as spotless and the service professional from first contact to finish. Long-standing customers describe themselves as regulars who would not consider going elsewhere, which underlines the consistency that defines the feedback.
