Kings and Queens Window Cleaning

Kings and Queens Window Cleaning has built a loyal following in Sunderland, with customers consistently pleased by the finish achieved on their homes. Several reviewers describe windows being left cleaner than they have been in years, both upstairs and down, and one resident of a four-storey block of eight flats notes that two visits were enough to win them over. Named staff members Jimmy and James each receive warm mentions for being professional, friendly and efficient, getting on with the task without fuss.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is reliability: cleaners arrive when expected, respond promptly to enquiries and follow a straightforward payment arrangement so customers always know where they stand. Reviewers also highlight value for money, describing the pricing as good and competitive, and the booking process as simple. Beyond routine window cleaning, one customer requested guttering and fascia cleaning at the same time and was delighted with how those areas turned out, demonstrating that the team takes on additional exterior work. Repeat business and regular appointments feature strongly across the accounts, with long-standing customers returning for scheduled visits.
