Fred came around on time, rang us to say he was 10 minutes away, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, approx. how long it would take and how long it would take to dry on this hot day, advised us on the settees and would check it up if it was possible to clean, took about an hour to do. Service was excellent. Definately reccomend.
Wow what a professional company!! We have used a previous carpet cleaning company who spent less than an hour and left our carpets no different. The attention to detail and products/technique used by Kingshall Flooring shows! Our carpets are 6 years old and have come back to their lovely blue colour - highly recommend! Fred was great!!
