Customers also repeatedly mention punctuality and fairness, noting jobs completed on time and to the agreed budget, alongside a friendly and professional manner throughout.

Keelan is named in feedback and is credited with removing stubborn marks from stairs and bedrooms and transforming a living room carpet. Reviewers describe the work as thorough and considerate, with rugs, two carpets and a sofa bed cited as examples of pieces handled in a single visit. Reliability emerges as another common thread, and it is not unusual for customers to say they would book again or pass the details on to friends.
