JCU Cleaning

Carpets look like new, a completely different colour! Lewis and Alex were professional and friendly throughout from booking the appointment to carrying out the work. Lewis managed to get the lounge carpet cleaned before the machine broke down, however, he kept us updated throughout and another appointment was made through Alex to complete the job. This is my second time of using JCU Cleaning and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Many thanks Lewis and Alex another excellent job.

Top quality service from Alex amd his team. Easy booking and good communication throughout. Did a great job cleaning carpets, particularly in the lounge which was quite badly stained. Now as good as new. Would strongly recommend JCU.

JCU Cleaning provided an excellent carpet cleaning service. Alex cleaned four wool-carpeted rooms and carried out spot cleaning on a couple of synthetic carpets, and the results were outstanding. Alex is an extremely likeable, friendly, and professional guy who clearly takes great pride in providing an excellent carpet cleaning service. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a first-class job really showed. A big thank you also to Rebbie for providing great assistance throughout the process. The work was completed to a very high standard at a fair and competitive price. I would highly recommend JCU Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable, professional carpet cleaning service. Excellent job!

It is said that cleanliness is next to godliness; our residence feels great after the cleaning carried out by the company. The job was methodically and expertly done. I watched him closely when the lower floor carpet was cleaned and was very impressed . Working alone upstairs showed trustworthiness, very understanding and friendly.. The whole place dried up fast and smelt great . I would definitely recommend the company to anyone requiring your services. I will however advise you to consider allowing some concession when a lot of heavy furniture reduces the areas to be cleaned. It will help attract more customers.

JCU Cleaning, cleaned our carpet today, we are so impressed on how professional and friendly the team was. We got our carpet cleaned because unfortunately was unwell over it, we cleaned it with our home carpet cleaner but there was still a smell within the carpet. I contacted JCU cleaning who were more than happy to help and fitted us in quickly. They spent 45mins to 1 hour cleaning the carpet and now it’s just like new. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Andy was friendly and very communicative. Did a super job of cleaning our mattress, two chairs and several radiators. Would highly recommend. This is now the second time we’ve used JCU. They’ve upgraded their drying system so it was even better this time. Fast, quick-drying, cleaned to a very high standard. Will definitely use again in the future.

Did a lovely job on the carpets in our new house, the carpets were old and dirty but they came up great! Recommended.
