Price was reasonable and the service was fine. The young lady who cleaned my house missed the freezer (in a fridge-freezer set) and I had to deal with it on my own, otherwise, really good job.

Rachel is responsible for cleaning our service apartment in Birmingham on a long term contract. This role is demanding as the apartment is highly dependent on cleaners to ensure that everything is well and to report concerns and ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard. Rachel is able to work under pressure as at times the apartment has to be cleaned promptly to allow other guests to check in. Rachel has provided an excellent service. She is professional in her approach and she goes extra miles in ensuring that the service she provides is of the highest standard.
