Regular two weekly clean with Fatou is great, communication has been easy and every clean up to the expected standard

I am wholly disappointed by my experience with Gleem. We booked two services in order to clean the property we were moving out of and in to. For the first clean we were given the wrong quote and invoice. The cleaner also cancelled last minute. For the second booking we were contacted asking us to change the date and time of the booking to the next day. We reluctantly agreed, making it clear the clean must be completed on that day to accommodate check out. The cleaner arrived several hours late to drop off cleaning supplies to another woman who was an ‘assistant’ and then left. The assistant then left saying she had been deceived by the cleaner and could not complete the clean. We had not been told an ‘assistant’ would be present at the property. This meant the flat was left uncleaned. Throughout, communication from Gleem was poor. Contact always had to be initiated by us and they failed to call back with updates. My partner and I ended up cleaning the flat, forgoing work and having to pay extra charges on our flat for late checking out. Very disappointing.

Hannah is truly talented. She transformed my flat from grubby and dreary into gleaming and stylish with her incredible dynamism and personal touch. She’s a miracle worker and I highly recommend her and Gleam Cleaning.

Excellent service provided by Gleem, always happy with the job done. Such a relief to have someone else assist with the cleaning for a reasonable price too. Always look forward to Jane coming as she’s so friendly. Would recommend.

I’m very impressed with the cleaning of my upstairs windows. Access to them seemed hard to me, however, Ben was a professional who knew what he was doing. The price I thought was great value for money and the results are perfect and they haven’t looked good in all the time I’ve lived in my house. I would go back to them for other services should I need it. I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family!

We have a great experience. The friendly lady cleaner to an excellent standard and was efficient and kind. Really happy.
