Reliability and consistency emerge as the strongest themes across the feedback for this London-based cleaning company. More than one customer describes a team that has never let them down, with punctuality noted repeatedly across offices, a car showroom, a business centre, a fashion boutique and a portfolio of twenty short-term rental apartments. Several accounts note the thoroughness of the work, with rooms described as completely spotless once the team has finished, and a level of detail that keeps standards high across daily office cleans, builder cleans and personal homes.

Named member Nick is singled out for being professional, friendly and helpful, and for responding quickly and arranging teams at short notice when clients could not give much warning. A point that comes up often is the ease of communication, with clients describing the service as personable and the staff as approachable. Customers also note fair pricing for the quality delivered, and the fact that the same high standard is maintained on residential, commercial and short-term rental work alike. The company's work spans office cleaning, house cleaning, apartment cleans, builder cleans and boutique retail premises, with the consistency of results across these different settings forming the clearest recurring theme.
