Couldn’t be more impressed with the work on our roofby DJR Facilities, it looks brand new, they where do friendly but at the same time very professional. Dan and Phil explained everything that was happening throughout the process, and the clean-up afterward was exceptional. Great service, had my roof cleaned recently. Gave them a call to see if they rearrange with no bother. They came and did the job quietly and professionally. When finished they cleaned up and showed me before and after pictures of the work. Top company.
I wouldn't recommend this company to clean your roof! We had ours cleaned last year and have had 3 leaks - 2 of which were in the first few months of the clean last spring. I thought the roofing contractor who I called to repair the leaks was just after more work but after a second roofer visited recently after the third leak I have had the same feedback that the resin has been taken off the tiles and a number of tiles look like they have been broken after being walked on. Daniel at DJR blatantly denied their men walk on the roof until I managed to find a video and showed it to him. He also admitted his men should have told us about broken tiles we had as admittedly some parts of the roof were old - a service they advertise, this would have avoided costs to ultimately repair water damage in our home. He has refused to come and inspect our roof and was very aggressive on the phone, I have asked if he would contribute to the costs of repairing tiles but he is just refusing to acknowledge any correspondence. Clearly not interested in any problems once he has taken your money 😡
