What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

The transformation of outdoor surfaces is the theme that surfaces most often in feedback, with block paving, patios, paths, driveways, steps and decking all cited as looking markedly better once work is complete. Jack is the member of staff whose name recurs throughout, described as professional, friendly, polite and conscientious. Customers repeatedly remark on his pride in the work, his honesty and his thorough approach, and several note that he arrived on schedule and kept them informed as the job progressed.

Clear quotations and fair pricing are mentioned frequently, one reviewer calculating that the cost compared well with hiring equipment independently. Gutter, fascia and house-front cleaning also appear among the tasks discussed. Tidiness after completion is a further point that comes up often, with sites reported as left clean and ready to use. There is an account of a return visit across three days when rain prevented sand being applied, and another of attendance on what would normally be a rest day. Many reviewers express an intention to engage him again, particularly for paving and decking.

First class cleaning of all our UPVC. Including gutters, down pipes, facia boards and front porch. Also cleaned pebble dash that had become discoloured from a leaky gutter. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone requiring his services.
