Complete Clean Management

Complete Clean Management is a privately owned cleaning business founded by Dom Bacciocchi in 2009. The company has been established since 2009 and holds ISO accreditation. It provides office cleaning and facility services for businesses. Its service area includes Birmingham, Nottingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Worcester, London and the Midlands.

Clients include banks, schools, nurseries, bars, surgeries, sporting arenas, showrooms and offices. The company handles and applies all chemicals and cleaning agents safely and correctly, including following colour coding guidelines. It provides supporting documents (RAMS, C.O.S.H.H and insurances) prior to contract start.

Professionalism and dependability emerge as the qualities that clients of this Birmingham operation mention most frequently, with reviewers describing staff who arrive punctually and maintain consistently high standards across office and commercial premises. The company manages cleaning contracts for businesses in the city and in London, and several customers note that the service is efficient and responsive, with tasks completed to specification and without the need for repeated chasing.

Communication is repeatedly praised, from the initial site visit through to ongoing contact, and the owner, Dom Bacciocchi, is named by more than one client as a hands-on presence who visits sites regularly and understands requirements from the outset. Reviewers describe staff as courteous, hard-working and reliable, and a common thread is the confidence that the team will not let clients down.

Deep cleaning of offices, carpet cleaning and window cleaning appear among the services discussed, alongside the supply of cleaning products. One client notes that moving their cleaning contract to this provider was a decision they would gladly repeat, while another highlights an exceptional standard of finish and genuine pride in the work. The recurring impression is of a well-organised service that fulfils its promises and retains long-standing commercial accounts, with monthly site visits cited as evidence that standards are maintained.
