Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd

Terrible communication. We booked this clean and messaged about use of our hoover as we have wool carpets. The cleaners never replied to confirm they had received our messages and didnt answer the phone. We received multiple confirmation texts for the clean and then cleaner never turned up. When we tried to call there was no answer and then eventually the phone did start ringing and they just hung up. We had to chase for a refund too... I would avoid these cleaners.

I've been using Cleaning Solutions Bristol for regular domestic cleaning, and the service has been excellent. The online booking system is easy to use, communication is always prompt, and the team are friendly, reliable, and professional. My home is left spotless after every visit, with great attention to detail and a consistently high standard of cleaning. It's reassuring to have a company I can rely on, and the cleaners always take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Cleaning Solutions Bristol to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high quality domestic cleaning service

Fantastic service from Cleaning Solutions Bristol. They completed an end of tenancy clean for my property, and the results were outstanding. The team were punctual, professional, and paid incredible attention to detail. Every room, including the kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and windows, was left spotless and ready for the next tenants. Communication was excellent throughout, the booking process was straightforward, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cleaning Solutions Bristol for end of tenancy cleaning and will definitely use them again in the future.

We needed an emergency end of tenancy cleaning company for several of our properties across Bristol and Bath after our usual cleaners let us down. These guys were absolutely brilliant and managed to fit in a total of 15 properties at short notice. Communication was excellent throughout, the invoicing was clear and VAT inclusive, which made a real difference for our accounting, and the standard of cleaning was fantastic. We've already booked them to look after our properties again next year. Highly recommended. Thank you

We have been using Cleaning Solution Bristol for my company, Brunel Stays, Short Term/Air BnB Accommodations for nearly 6 months now. We had a house deep clean, which it really needed after building work and being in general need of a clean, dust and polish, and it was excellent. Lovely cleaning staff - very friendly, considerate, diligent and professional. Great to have such a good local company. I'd definitely recommend.
