End of tenancy, after students and after builders services do not include cleaning the property exterior, though this can be done for an additional charge. The company will move furniture to assist in performing the service, provided items can be easily and safely moved by one person. It does not move large appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, and fridges. Customers are asked to defrost the fridge and freezer about 24 hours before the cleaning session.

Clean House Bristol End of Tenancy Cleaning Specialists operates from Bonnington Walk in Lockleaze, serving Bristol and the surrounding area with end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning work. Anna and her team are named repeatedly in feedback, with customers describing punctual arrivals and a methodical approach that covers kitchens, bathrooms, lounges and bedrooms in turn.

Thoroughness is the theme that recurs most: skirting boards, windows and corners are cited as areas that received proper attention, while stained lino, greasy fridges and ovens are among the tougher tasks reviewers say were brought back to a good standard. A number of customers describe the results as looking like new, and communication before and during the job is mentioned often, including swift email responses and flexibility when a property turned out to be in a worse state than expected.

The company also handles cleans following damp repairs, new fittings and decorating, and after-builders work, alongside upholstery and blast cleaning through its listed subtypes. Reviewers note fair pricing for the amount of labour involved and a straightforward booking process, with one client contacting the firm on a Friday and having the property attended the following Wednesday. The business advertises availability every day of the week, around the clock, which suits landlords and tenants needing to fit a clean around a handover.
