Richard arrived bang on time and explained in detail how the procedure would be carried out, which made us trust his experience straight away. He was courteous and professional throughout, so we left him to get on with the job and he called us to let us know when he was almost finishing up. Really great service. We had wax from a candle spilled over quite an area of our newish carpet and he worked wonders to take away all the wax and leave to carpet looking good as new. Friendly and helpful and let us know what was going to happen and saved us having to move the furniture all around to cover the area.
