Cdscleaningsolutions ltd

CDS Cleaning Solutions Ltd provides professional exterior cleaning services for homes and businesses. The company is fully insured. Its services include driveway and patio cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning using specialised equipment without scaffolding or ladders, and render cleaning to remove algae, mosses and lichens. It operates throughout Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.

Roof and driveway transformations recur throughout feedback for Cdscleaningsolutions, with customers returning to the same firm for repeat exterior cleaning work. Colin is named repeatedly for his responsiveness and reliability, arriving when promised and communicating clearly from first contact through to completion. Reviewers describe moss removal from roofs, render cleaning that restores surfaces after more than a decade without attention, and driveway and patio cleaning followed by re-sanding and sealing. Several customers say the finished results look like new paving or a freshly laid driveway, and one notes the work was completed swiftly and caused minimal disturbance.

Attention to detail and a professional approach come up often, as does the sense that the price paid represents genuine value. Colin's knowledge of exterior surfaces is singled out, alongside the helpfulness of Ian, with both men described as friendly and methodical. Repeat bookings are common, including decking treatment and garden areas, and customers report recommending the service to others. The care taken over both the initial deep clean and the follow-up visit once surfaces had dried is a point that comes up often. A second visit to the front garden left it looking like a different space entirely.
