The company uses eco-friendly steam cleaning for roofs and walls, Softwashing for render, and a hi-reach vacuum cleaning method for gutters. The company's legal entity is CCS Commercial Cleaning Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Homeowners in Plymouth describe roof and exterior cleaning carried out by CCS Commercial Cleaning, with the results frequently described as transformative. Several customers note that roofs, render and stonework that had become stained by algae or moss looked considerably fresher once the work was finished, and neighbours are said to have remarked on the change. Several accounts note that the two proprietors, James and Graham, carry out the work themselves.

Punctuality is a recurring theme: the team is described as arriving on the agreed date and time and staying until the task was complete. The process is explained clearly beforehand, and communication from the first enquiry through to completion is described as straightforward and uncomplicated. Customers also highlight the tidiness of the work, noting that gardens, decking and surrounding areas were left clean and free of debris, and that photographs were taken to show the difference before and after.

Steam cleaning, soft washing of self-coloured render and removal of moss from roofs appear among the jobs described, with the standard of finish and the care taken while working mentioned as particular strengths. The approachable and courteous manner of the two men is a point that comes up often, as is the fairness of the price charged for the work.
