Households in Edinburgh entrusting well-worn carpets, rugs and upholstery to this specialist report consistently strong outcomes, with several customers describing results that make furniture and flooring look new again. Reviews repeatedly highlight the thorough cleaning of light-coloured carpets in rental flats, stair and bedroom carpets, sofas and stain-marked rugs, including removal of oil, rust and children's marks. Raf, also referred to as Rafik or Rfek, is named often for careful work, moving furniture in busy rooms and keeping customers informed with updates as the job progresses.

Punctuality features frequently, with arrivals at agreed times and same-day availability mentioned after a last-minute call. Customers describe the quote-to-completion service as prompt and professional, noting clear quotes and competitive prices, with one person surprised at how affordable the figure was. Tidiness comes up too, one reviewer remarking that everything was left spotless. Communication is praised as friendly and responsive, and repeat bookings are common, several people saying they would use the service again and recommend it to friends and neighbours. The transformation of upholstery and carpets remains the recurring theme, with freshness and appearance singled out.
