A review mentions a person named Joshua doing the work.

Roof cleaning, gutter clearing and driveway and patio washing are the services that come up in feedback for this Birmingham-based exterior cleaning firm. Customers describe work carried out by Josh and a colleague, with one account recalling moss being removed from a roof. A point made in several accounts is the visible transformation achieved, with surfaces and roofing reported as looking considerably cleaner once the job is finished.

A number of reviews mention how prompt the team is, arriving when expected and working reliably, and several describe the manner of those on site as friendly and professional throughout. The standard of the finished result is praised across the different tasks, whether that involves clearing and washing down guttering or restoring block paving and stone patios, and the appearance of freshly cleaned surfaces is singled out as the main reason customers express satisfaction.

Communication and customer service also feature in accounts of the work, with the way the team deals with those booking them treated as part of the experience rather than an afterthought. Repeat praise centres on a thorough clean and a courteous, efficient approach, and it is the change to the roof, driveway and patio surfaces once the moss, dirt and debris have been removed that customers highlight when describing what they took from the job.
