Be Spoilt Birmingham - Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services

Be Spoilt Birmingham is a residential and commercial cleaning company established in 2006, with 25 years of experience. It holds SafeContractor accreditation from Alcumus and its services are fully guaranteed and insured. The team is trained in the unique Tri-Colour System, and its carpet and hard floor cleaners are certified through specialist operator training courses. The service area includes Birmingham, Edgbaston, Moseley, Harborne, Selly Oak, Kings Heath, Birmingham City Centre, Jewellery Quarter, St Paul’s, Digbeth and beyond.

Deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and office cleaning form the core of the work described by customers of this Birmingham company. Several reviewers highlight the transformation achieved on neglected properties, with one moving-in clean turning a flat that had been left in a poor state into a fresh, clean home. A deep clean of a kitchen and bathroom is singled out for leaving the rooms looking new.

More than one review highlights the professionalism and hard work of the team, and Chris is named for organising bookings quickly and communicating clearly before and after the job. Adrian and Claudia are praised for arriving fully equipped with PPE, for being friendly and trustworthy enough to be left to work unsupervised, and for their diligence. Office clients note that staff appear presentable and dependable.

The comprehensive nature of the service comes up often, including attention to areas customers would not have considered and care taken with possessions. Carpet cleaning is mentioned as leaving the whole house feeling fresh, and the standard of finish across carpet and upholstery work is described as high. Reliability and a respectful manner run through the accounts, with customers returning for seasonal deep cleans and passing the company on to friends and family.
