I found Anna Mk Clean through Google maps so returning the review as it was a great recommendation. Anna and her team did an end of tenancy clean on a 3 bedroom house for us. She accommodated changing the date at fairly short notice, turned up on time and the results were great.

Terrible communication and customer service. I would never use them again. You should not either. Just read their response below: rather than apologising and showing accountability they blame the customer. Stay away from this terrible company. If everything goes according to what they want I am sure things are fine but if you think they will be working for you rather than themselves think again and choose a different company. We hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning in May 2026. They were supposed to start cleaning at 13 but wanted to change it to 8 AM with short notice because they the weather was too good and they were afraid they would be too hot. I told them it wasn’t possible but we could try and start a little bit earlier but we were on a very tight schedule. They showed up before midday and quickly started throwing out belongings they deemed to be ”in their way”. They threw all of it in a bin bag, liquid handwashing containers, plastic flowers and flower pots, bathroom rugs. They didn’t ask, they just assumed all rental agreements are for unfurnished houses. When I noticed I told the owner herself in no uncertain terms that it was unacceptable and I explained to them that the house was rented partially furnished. They promised not to do it again but seemed perplexed about my reaction because the things were in their way. Since we were moving out on a tight schedule, and they insisted on starting earlier, we had some of our belongings and a pile going to the tip in two piles in the garden outside the kitchen door. At the end of the cleaning session I noticed that things belonging in the kitchen started showing up on the pile of trash I was about to take to the tip. It wasn’t there when they were told off the first time as they had not started cleaning the kitchen then. When I confronted the owner, the very person that an hour or so earlier promised to not throw away anything, she denied doing so and said: ”we didn’t throw them away, we just put it outside the house” (on the pile of trash). The response below is fake. We did agree a start time at 1300. After there was a request to start earlier. I said we would try and accommodate that that and agreed at a noon start time. There was no shouting but the voice was raised at the owner as she kept denying throwing things out after previously agreeing to not do it. Whether it is ”industry standard” or not to have the property completely empty before a cleaning I do not care one bit. We rented it partially furnished and we were on site so instead of throwing things out (especially the second time around after promising not to do it) you could have asked us how to deal with it. However that solution requires you to actually care about your customers which you showed in great detail that you do not. The one star rating is too generous if you ask me. But unfortunately thermos ko options for negative stars.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend this cleaning service more highly. Ana, the owner, is absolutely fantastic—always so helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. From the very beginning, she’s made everything effortless and stress-free. Her team is outstanding. Every clean is carried out to an exceptional standard, with incredible attention to detail. My home is always left spotless, fresh, and beautifully cared for—it really feels like a luxury service. What I appreciate most is the consistency and reliability. They take real pride in their work, and it shows every single time. Having them clean my home regularly has made such a positive difference, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
