Alderson Cleaning Services

I payed for my bin to be cleaned but my neighbour payed for it so it had been payed 2 times did not pay for the last 1 as they had been payed but now they or asking for 7 pounds and I do not owe 7 I only owe 3.50 for this bin cleaning but you can not phone them as no 1 picks up the phone

Excellent bin cleaning service. Great staff. Downside they keep on putting cards through letterbox saying i owe money when it's been paid

Used them for approximately 3 months won’t be using again. They’ve stayed saying I owe £17:50 when I only paid £11 2 weeks ago. Unable to contact them p

Don't call back when they say they will when they accuse you of owing them money when you don't and then not returning calls. Don't bother

Charge you to clean the bin and then two weeks later start put cards through your door saying you owe money for weeks that you have already paid for then when you try to contact them to notify them they won't answer the phone. Very poor service, if only they would answer the phone so I could cancel

Don't try and phone, no answer, been with them for years, now cancelling if anyone shows up, nasty note left, never been a problem before we I work away and don't like DD, very disappointed, when they do turn up it's cancelled, Very angry

Had cleaned my green bin then came to the door re payment I said I will shut the door as he was smoking and it was blowing in my house when I went back to the door he had gone I noticed my brown was still in the same place green bin had been washed and moved to dry when I looked in brown bin it hadn’t been cleaned he was still outside I mentioned to him that it hadn’t been washed he said it wasn’t there I said it is it was next to green bin I said will you come and do it I walked back into my garden thinking he was going to do it no they just drove off so I have cancelled them 😡
