A & S Window Cleaning

A & S Window Cleaning is a family-run business with 20 years of experience in window cleaning. The company serves Birmingham and surrounding areas including Harborne, Selly Oak, Quinton, Oldbury, Bearwood, Edgbaston, Moseley, and Halesowen. It is fully insured with up to £10 million coverage and is SafeContractor approved. The company uses water-fed cleaning systems as well as traditional window cleaning methods. It serves commercial, domestic, industrial, and office clients, including bars, shops, and schools.

For businesses, it offers invoicing with 30-day payment terms and accepts bank transfers. A satisfaction guarantee is provided, with a return within 24 hours to address concerns free of charge. A reminder service is available via text or email the day before a scheduled clean. Services include window cleaning, cladding cleaning, conservatory cleaning, gutter cleaning, downpipe cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and fascia cleaning.

Reliability and punctuality stand out as the qualities most often praised by those who have used this Birmingham window cleaning service, with Dean singled out as the person who arranges appointments without delay and turns up as agreed. Reviewers describe the finish on glass, frames and doors as consistently thorough, mentioning that even badly neglected panes receive proper scrubbing rather than a token effort. The team is said to be well equipped, with telescopic gear noted as part of how upper windows are reached, and customers remark that visits pass without mess or disruption.

Fair charges are a point that comes up often, and the pricing is regarded as sensible for the speed and care shown. Courtesy and good manners are recorded again and again, while a client of several years reports no fall in standards over time. Georgian-style windows on three levels, a sky lantern above an extension and commercial premises in Harborne all feature in accounts as jobs handled quickly and efficiently. Regular repeat bookings are taken as a matter of course.
