1st Class Professional Cleaning

1st Class Professional Cleaning Ltd was founded by a small team of motivated Reading locals. The company hires experienced cleaning technicians rather than training untested staff from scratch. It is fully insured and its staff are DBS-checked. It uses eco-friendly products.

Based in Reading, it covers Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham and the wider Berkshire area. Services include domestic, end of tenancy, commercial, carpet, after-builders and deep cleaning, plus painting, decorating and gardening. The company charges by the hour rather than a flat fee.

Thoroughness is the quality that surfaces again and again when customers describe this Reading cleaning company. Working out of Highgrove Street, the team is credited with tackling jobs of very different sizes, from a new-build site where upwards of two hundred apartments and their shared areas were cleaned, to individual flats and student houses where ovens and other appliances were brought back to a far better condition. Several reviewers highlight punctuality, politeness and straightforward communication from the first enquiry onwards.

One notes that a flat looked entirely different once the move-out clean was finished, while another recalls the crew pressing on with the work even when no parking was available nearby. Will and his colleagues are named in connection with communal area cleaning and end-of-tenancy jobs, and the pricing is repeatedly described as fair for the standard delivered. The company keeps its lines open at all hours, every day of the week, which appeals to landlords and tenants who need appointments outside normal working hours. Balanced against this, a landlord reports that a promised return visit after an end-of-tenancy clean never materialised, leaving certain areas unchecked.
