You can never get in touch via phone not only this when you set it for them to do monthly cleans and you tell them to miss a month they still charge and don’t get back for weeks… still waiting on a refund and 2 weeks after the clean they have charged me another £9 + definitely a dodgy service I’m not impressed at all.

Rubbish all they do is spray water on your windows and rub with a brush no soap no squeegee to dry them ive had marks left on my windows they just seem to come whenever they feel like it I only stayed a few months because i couldn't log into my account to cancel as they never send me a reset password link any time I try

This company came round in and around April, offering window cleaning services - We were actively looking and thought why not. First clean was fine - but nobody turned up after that. The second clean was scheduled apparently, but as we both work from home, and having to let them in to gain entry, we noticed nobody turned up. As such, we cancelled the service and asked for them not to come anymore. A Gentleman named Jordan emailed to confirm this had all been done on their end. Today, I receive an email advising they'd taken payment from me - No idea how, as I haven't shared my bank details with them - but low and behold, it had been deducted from my account. I am yet to receive any response from them - and expect I won't at all, given this is clearly a farce of a company likely relying on the occupants being out to claim they have performed cleans and take money from people. My advice? If they turn up on your property, just shut the door - Criminal behaviour and piss poor service.

I was told I could cancel at any time, I only signed up so I could request window cleaning at some point in the future. So I cancelled on the app straight away. A week later (today) at 1702 I get a text saying the window cleaner will be there tomorrow so make sure they can gain access. I've called and they are closed after 5pm. I've emailed. I've text. I've cancelled again on the app numerous times. A scam, do not give them your details to begin with, absolutly not worth it. And if the window cleaner turns up tomorrow, I will be reporting them. They do not have permission to be on my property.

Used for around 6 months now. And if it wasnt for the doorbell & cameras telling me they've been, youd never know. Managed to find a proper window cleaner woth ladders etc, locally that can do it for £10 rather than £16 with a pole!

I have never signed anything stating I would like to hire their services, the only thing I did was to provide my phone number one time and they kept sending me text messages saying that someone would come to clean my windows every single month. Last month, someone did come home and I said I didn’t hire their services, but this month they came again and cleaned my windows without my consent with me not being home and sent me an invoice, which I am obviously not paying.

If I could I would rate as 0 stars. Where do I begin.... First of all I can't cancel my subscription no matter what I try. When I go on the website and choose the "cancel my subscription" option a error message appears and won't let you do it. Sent multiple emails saying that I want to cancel without any reply. Keep recovering messages that the team will be coming to clean my windows although I don't want to use the service anymore. Once they tried to tell me I didn't pay for the month they've cleaned my windows and wanted more money if I don't pay by the certain date. I provided a screenshot and bank statements to prove that I've paid. Luckily that was sorted. Terrible company with even horrible customers service. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! AVOID AT ALL COST!
