We used W&A for our pre house move in deep clean and have since used them weekly for the last 6 months. They have always been very thorough, professional and reliable and we would highly recommend them.

From the start of the process to completion, the team at W & A Cleaning was professional, thorough, and friendly. I bought a house and wanted to have it immaculately cleaned before moving in. They certainly took care of every detail: cleaning every drawer, surface, window, and floor throughout the entire house and office space. The team was concerned that I was satisfied with the experience and I had time to inspect every last nook and cranny to ensure everything was done. They even helped me figure out how the heating in the house worked because it was a brand-new system to me. I am very grateful to this company and all the dedication to providing a truly exceptional service to customers they demonstrated. Thank you!

Had a deep clean of the house today in preparation for bringing home our newborn and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The oven looks brand new and the sinks are dazzling! The house is immaculate! Another bonus is that there is an option to request that only eco friendly products are used. I use eco products myself so this was very appealing and makes W&A cleaning stand out from other cleaning companies. I will definitely be using W&A cleaning for a more regular cleaning service once baby is here! Thanks very much!

So disappointed in the clean provided by WA Cleaning. I paid £1236 for a deep clean of the whole house and rubbish removal after a tenant left. They did a great job cleaning the oven and fridge but the rest was a basic clean. The furniture wasn't even moved out of the way for brushing the floors. The rubber around the windows were black and thick with mold. Skirting boards were still filthy. I also had to message them to come out again as they didn't remove all the rubbish. Taking so much money for a terrible service. I wasn't here in person to check the clean was sufficient as I hadn't moved back to N.I. but I trusted them to do what was paid for. Would not recommend.

Extremely professional service. Very responsive and they were able to provide an accurate quote over WhatsApp. Did an extremely thorough clean and were lovely to deal with. Very reasonably priced. Can’t fault the team and would very highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company and I am extremely dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided. Despite the expectations set by the cleaning consultant, the quality of the cleaning was poor and the experience was further accompanied by the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude displayed by the team leader. The cleaning crew seemed indifferent to the detailed instructions I had to repeatedly provide, as they failed to complete the basic surface cleaning across the apartment. Additionally, they did not move the plant pots to clean underneath, despite assuring me this would be done. When I reminded the team of this, the leader responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude, which is completely unacceptable in any professional service setting. Following this unpleasant experience, I contacted the company manager to address my concerns, but was met with a defensive response that dismissed my complaint and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the lack of professionalism shown by the staff. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others and will not be using their services again. I hope the managers take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to ensure future clients do not have a similar experience.

It was total professionalism from first contact with Veronica to completion of cleaning job. We thought the terraced house we required cleaned, was beyond salvageable, but W&A Cleaning give us a very good quote & did an excellent job with the deep clean of the property. The house was unrecognisable when cleaning was completed. Would highly recommend this Company for any cleaning job you require done.
