Vivo Clean

As an organisation we are delighted to provide a review for Vivo Clean. Our cleaner (Sophie) provides an outstanding service; she is truly praiseworthy. She is committed to providing a spotless office space with a great attention to detail and has fitted into our organisation extremely well. She constantly exceeds expectations and often goes above and beyond for the wellbeing of the staff and our building.

We have been living at woolverstone marina for a year after our house flooded. Vivo have been nothing less than exceptional. Nothing is too.much trouble and they go above and beyond. They even fed my dog when he rattled his bowl! You guys helped make a traumatic time so.much more bearable . Our lodge was left sparkling clean after each visit. Staff kind, courteous and just lovely. Thank you all so.much.

I contacted Vivo Clean as we’d sadly had a family member pass away and their home was in need of a deep clean which was going to be too much for us to take on. From initial contact George was so understanding and helpful and as for the deep clean, the team did an amazing job and worked extremely hard. We’re so pleased with how they managed to transform the place in just one day! Many thanks again for fitting us in so quickly and for the teams hard work, it’s honestly very much appreciated and has helped to take a big added stress off our shoulders. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

I booked Vivo Clean to carry out a one off deep clean of my flat at the end of its tenancy. I could not have been more impressed, Rachel and Stacey worked extremely hard all day and made the place look like brand new. The oven was a particularly tough task - I was glad Vivo offered this service as an extra, and extremely happy with the end result. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and communication was extremely good throughout. I would recommend Vivo Clean to anybody looking for a cleaning service..

Absolutely brilliant end of tenancy clean! George came a week before to look at the property and give a quote, he was super helpful, and a really friendly and genuinely lovely person. His staff arrived on time and did a really fabulous job today, I cannot thank Jade and Stacey enough! Again, really friendly and lovely people who were cheerful and chatty. I will definitely use Vivo Clean again before I move into my new property, and will recommend to friends and family:)

Vivo clean helped us on a large commercial project recently, their service was efficient, very thorough and of a very high quality. We spoke to Claire on the phone and she was very understanding of our needs and she worked quickly to assemble a team to meet our deadline. We look forward to working with them in the future

I highly recommend the team at Vivo Clean! I wanted my house deep cleaned and found their prices very reasonable, and George very responsive, efficient, and friendly. They booked me in at short notice, and the team worked very hard and did a great job! Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to George and his staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
