Firstly this guy took it upon himself to Clean our windows without our Consent 11th May 2026 at 2.15pm (we have NEVER had a window cleaner) and then to make it worse, he let himself into my neighbours garden, Jumped over the fence into my garden and unlocked my rear gate and had the cheek to post an Invoice through my door for £25. this is absolutely not on and i HAVE contacted 101 about this and Ihave submitted a crime report for tresspass. i have cameras all over my house so can show them the videos.

THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR REGULAR CLEANS WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Aside from trampling all over my raised garden on both visits, up-ending my parcel box and not putting it back, never answering calls, and being unable to provide even a hint of an idea of when they'd be attending my property, the "free clean" is a trap. They book you in before sending an email with a bunch of waffle which includes something about you having to cancel regular cleans every 4 weeks. Except it's worded in such a way and hidden in amongst paragraphs of text that it's hard to spot. It should have been noted before the application, in the online form, which it isn’t at all. I complained and was basically told that I should have known, that the complaint will be escalated and debt collection also. I am disabled and totally unable to deal with this so have had to pay for a service I did not request, that disturbed me while I was severely unwell, and damaged my property. Incredibly unhappy to say the least, I had high hopes for this company but they have been demolished. The *only* thing I can say is that if it had worked out, the price would have been a good one. Shame.
