So pleased with UK Window cleaning, I would really recommend this cleaning company, I have had them for a long time now and been highly satisfied, thank you.

Generally, good service from pleasant staff.

They arrive when they want to. I booked for monthly cleans. They decided I needed every 3 weeks as it fitted for them better. When they did come, they'd miss windows entirely but charge full price and then not rectify the job when I complained. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very prompt and efficient service, although occasionally the window ledges are not wiped down after the clean, which is a small negative.

Window cleaning is good. Timing is rather disorganised with cleaners turning up over a week early at times. Communication with the Head Office is impossible. On ringing, a 'bot' takes the call and tells you that you will receive a call back which doesn't happen. On emailing, latterly there has been no response at all.

Consistently good service. Thorough clean. Good additional services available

Cleaners are always courteous. Their long hoses are a good solution for a three storey house.
