Unfortunately not a professional experience and unreliable. No response to a confirmed date despite reaching out multiple times; availability was then pushed out by more than 2 weeks, and then I received a notification regarding a same-day cancellation 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. It was a shame to waste 3 weeks of time where I could have sourced another vendor.
I've been a customer for 2-3 years and they never disappoint. Super, thorough job, great people and great attention to detail.
