The Bristol Commercial Cleaning Company

The Bristol Commercial Cleaning Company is part of The Core Facilities Group Limited and specialises in office and commercial cleaning. It offers bespoke commercial cleaning services tailored to each business. The company carries out regular spot checks and quality audits, uses eco-friendly cleaning chemicals, and colour-codes all cleaning equipment to help prevent cross-contamination. It uses a multi-purpose bactericidal cleaner effective against MRSA. The company recruits qualified cleaners who undertake a rigorous training programme covering health and safety, and it is familiar with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2014 (TUPE).

It works with educational institutes and organisations of all sizes, and has experience with healthcare establishments including cosmetic and medical centres, clinics, hospitals, doctor surgeries, dental surgeries and rehabilitation units. The company also works with sports and entertainment venues in the United Kingdom. It provides services in the soft facilities management sector, including security and consumable supplies, and provides logging in and out software for transparency. Its services include commercial cleaning, builders cleaning, gutter cleaning, house cleaning, security operatives and crime and trauma cleaning.

The Bristol Commercial Cleaning Company provides commercial cleaning in Bristol and is based at Newminster House on Baldwin Street. The single customer account describes the firm as a company they were very happy with, rating the service at the full five marks and expressing satisfaction without reservation.

The review does not specify the type of premises cleaned, the tasks undertaken, the methods or products used, or any member of staff by name, so the detail of the work itself is not covered. What comes through is straightforward contentment with the commercial cleaning service as delivered, recorded in a brief but unreserved endorsement of the company and its work.
