first contacted them on a wednesday for a saturday clean which I thought would be impossible but they slotted me in. quote came through quick, no weird hidden fees. team showed up on time, three of them, knew exactly what to do without me hovering. I left them to it and went to grab lunch, came back maybe 4 hours later and the place was spotless. handed keys over to the agent the same evening, all sorted

landlord was being difficult about the bathroom, said there was limescale everywhere and threatened to take money off the deposit. booked SK same week, they came in and scrubbed the whole flat top to bottom. the tiles in the shower looked new again, no idea how they got it that clean. sent the photos to the landlord and got the full deposit back two days later. saved me about 400 quid basically

The initial enquiry was easy enough, I explained what I needed and they gave me a quote the same day. The team arrived right when they said they would and got straight to work. The kitchen took the most effort since the oven and hob had years of grease on them, but it all came up really well. Bathroom tiles looked brand new after they were done. I had the checkout inspection a couple of days later near Islington and the landlord signed everything off without any deductions from my deposit.

Found them pretty last minute cos my checkout date was two days away. Messaged them and they got back to me within the hour which was a relief. Booked for the next morning and the team turned up on time, spent about three hours on everything landlord did the inspection and didn’t flag a single thing

The deep clean they did on our oven was, I don't even know how to describe it, like they gave us a different appliance back. The glass door had this baked-on layer that I'd stopped seeing because it had been there so long. I think it was maybe two years of just slowly getting worse and I kept telling myself I'd deal with it. They spent a good while on it and when I opened the door after there was literally no residue on the inside walls either. Even the racks looked like they just came out of the box.
