Simply Housework UK Limited

Simply Housework UK Limited is a family-run cleaning company established in 2002 and based in Mossley Hill, South Liverpool. The business is led by a mother-and-daughter duo, Maureen and Kerry, who have over 40 years of combined expertise.

Maureen manages home visits, while Kerry is the first point of contact and part of the cleaning team. The company provides domestic cleaning services, including regular cleaning and deep cleaning. Its cleaners are CRB checked and fully insured. Company directors personally visit clients to tailor cleaning programs.

Being able to leave cleaners to work unsupervised while at home is a mark of trust that runs through accounts of this Liverpool company. Repeatedly, reviewers describe arriving home to find their properties spotless and their expectations met, whether the visit was a regular fortnightly booking or a one-off job arranged at short notice. The habit of sending cleaners in pairs stands out, allowing a large four-bedroomed house to be finished in about ninety minutes. Staff named in feedback, including Kerry, Maureen and Caz, are portrayed as friendly, thorough and accommodating, with Kerry responding quickly to calls and emails and reallocating cover when someone is ill.

Caz earns particular praise for her meticulous approach and the rapport she builds during visits. The range of work covers domestic homes, offices and workshops, with windows and kitchen areas also cleaned to a high standard. Customers mention prices they consider reasonable and appreciate flexibility when holidays or work trips interrupt the schedule. Communication before and after each appointment, alongside the consistent quality of the finished result, is a theme that recurs across the feedback.
