Seven Hills Cleaning

Seven Hills Cleaning is a local Sheffield company providing commercial cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and carpet cleaning across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. It is fully insured and uses a colour-coded system for mops, buckets, and cloths to reduce cross-contamination. The company produces COSHH documents and risk assessments. It provides a direct line to the Managing Director for account queries and issues.

Staff are employed on contracts with holiday pay all year round, and cover is provided if a staff member cannot attend. It works with manufacturing companies in the steel and high-tech industries, and with clients in the construction industry such as house builders and shop fitters. It also supports building managers and letting agents to clean communal areas, and provides professional office cleaning to animation studios and design agencies. Retail environments such as shops are cleaned.

The company has an extensive network of tradespeople and handypeople for building maintenance. It uses bactericidal products and sanitises all touchpoints, and rotates buckets by deep cleaning them regularly. A bespoke cleaning specification is set up for each client. Services include dusting desks and other surfaces such as skirting boards, picture frames, light fittings, vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping hard floors, cleaning toilets, emptying bins, and targeting problem areas like fire extinguishers.

Moss removal and cement repair between roof tiles were handled alongside general property cleaning by Seven Hills Cleaning, a combination that reviewers in Sheffield mention when describing exterior work carried out at short notice. Chris is named repeatedly for a friendly, reliable and efficient approach, whether the job involves a rented flat, an apartment or an emergency call-out that was attended quickly. The standard of cleaning is described as thorough, with two carpets cleaned exactly as requested, and the results credited with restoring items that had been assumed beyond saving.

Clients at a busy workspace report that the team coordinates flexibly around a bustling venue and remains responsive and welcoming throughout. Long-term reliability also recurs, with one customer noting nearly a year of service without a single let-down and another referring to the team being present from the opening of a commercial site. Punctuality, diligence and a readiness to go beyond the basic brief run through the accounts, and the removal of moss and repair of missing cement are singled out as leaving a house looking impressive with all debris cleared away.
