Rug Cleaning Experts

Service was excellent. Collected and delivered our rug to us at date and time stated. Rug looks brand new. Would certainly recommend this company

We have had our rug for about 12months now it is a light grey colour and it had become quite grubby with a big dirty stain in the corner.....no idea where that came from. However when it came back from The Rug Cleaning Experts it was absolutely spotless, big dirty stain had vanished and it was like brand new again. Extremely happy 😃 A very friendly and professional service from beginning to end I will definitely be using them again and I definitely recommend 👌 Thank you to everyone at The Rug Ceaning Experts

We are extremely pleased with the rug cleaning service we received. Our rug came back looking spotless, fresh, and like new again. The staff were polite, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. The quality of the cleaning exceeded our expectations, and the service was excellent value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for expert rug cleaning. Thank you for such a fantastic job!

Excellent customer service. Right from the start. I only had 2 rugs, (shopped around for quote,) most places, I called, wanted a minimum number of rugs for a quote, some didn't fully listen to my problem or requirements & prices were quite high. Not knowing what prices were fair and honest, I asked around. I met a member of staff from RUG SPA, shopping at my work place. I called RUG SPA as they were recommended. I explained, my requirements, member of staff, listened, & explained the process. Quote was given, & I was very happy with the whole process. 2 rugs are absolutely clean and fresh. Thank you to everyone from RUG SPA. Will definitely, utilise their services in the future & will strongly recommend them to others. Iftikhar Ahmed Walmersley Road

I used this company three years ago and they did an excellent job, which is why I trusted them again with a valuable hand-knotted Turkish rug worth. Unfortunately, this experience has been completely different and deeply disappointing. The rug has been returned in a damaged condition. There are visible bald patches and fibre loss across the pile, the surface now feels rough and over-processed, and there is visible residue left throughout the rug. The edges and fringe are also frayed and distressed rather than properly cleaned and finished. To make matters worse, the rug came back with a strong chemical smell, suggesting inappropriate cleaning products or inadequate rinsing methods may have been used. This is not the level of care one would expect from a professional specialist entrusted with an expensive oriental rug. The rug was in far better condition before cleaning than it is now. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company, nor would I use them again.

Great service from start to finish. Rugs look fantastic when returned. Really nice people to deal with. Can’t recommend them high enough we sent expensive Chinese wool rugs that came back looking like new. Stewart.

I used to sell Persian carpets decades ago so I know amateur cleaning can destroy a rug. I've never used the guys in Bury before but the results were superb. I gave them a lightly soiled coarse weave 'Nain' approx 3 x 2m. Good communication throughout.
