The company is an approved applicator for PureSeal and holds City & Guilds Assured status. It is Enhanced DBS Checked and IPAF qualified, and has completed training in NEBOSH-endorsed courses. Services include pressure washing, render and cladding cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.

Commercial and residential projects around Brighton feature in the feedback for this exterior cleaning contractor, whose work spans jet and soft washing of facades, patios, brickwork, driveways, tarmac areas and rooftops, along with gutter and window cleaning and cladding work. More than one customer describes the transformation of surfaces that had gone black or become a mucky, mossy mess back to their original colour, and reviews regularly refer to how quickly the work was completed at what they considered a reasonable and cost-effective price.

Much of the praise centres on Allen, who is named in most accounts and described as prompt, reliable, friendly and professional from the first contact through to the finished job. A detail many reviews return to is the care taken to explain methods in detail and to keep communication clear, which customers say made the process straightforward.

Tidiness and attention to detail are also highlighted, with results likened to surfaces looking brand new, and the before and after photographs used to show the difference. Neighbours who saw the outcome are said to have requested contact details, and repeat business is mentioned, including one householder planning further work after tarmac and patio areas were cleared of moss. Roof tiles stripped of moss led to additional window cleaning at a three storey property.
