What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Stains that had been written off as permanent were lifted successfully, a result that comes up again and again among those who booked Reborn Carpet Clean. Carpets and sofas are described as looking and smelling fresh once the work is done, with softness and a near-new appearance noted after both routine cleans and heavier stain removal. Punctuality and reliability are recurring points, as appointments are kept and jobs carried through efficiently from start to finish. Communication before and during visits is treated as a strength, with customers reporting they were kept informed throughout.

Alex, named in several accounts, is singled out for a friendly manner, a thorough approach and the care taken over each item, and his attention to detail comes up across different jobs. Pricing is described as fair and affordable, with the quality of the finish matching what was agreed beforehand. Tidiness and professional conduct are also noted, and upholstery work receives the same level of care as carpet cleaning, leaving furniture visibly refreshed. The thoroughness extends to the smaller details, which customers say makes the difference between a clean that lasts and one that does not.
